About The Position

Elite Security & Staffing is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officer to join their team at a respected retirement community in Escondido. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visible security presence through continuous foot patrols, monitoring and protecting client property, and ensuring a safe environment. The officer will respond to incidents and emergencies, complete detailed reports using GuardPro, and communicate clearly with management and residents while following all site procedures and security protocols.

Requirements

Active California Guard Card required.
BSIS PTA Certificate and required training documentation required.
CPR Certification required (must provide proof).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Authorized to work in the United States with valid identification.

Nice To Haves

Experience with GuardPro reporting system preferred.
Candidates living in Escondido or North San Diego County are encouraged to apply.
