About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring a detail-driven Overnight Scheduling Coordinator who thrives when others are off the clock. If you’re someone who catches the small things, communicates clearly, and takes pride in building accurate schedules—this role is for you. This is a stable, long-term position where you’ll play a critical role in keeping overnight operations fully staffed and running without disruption. You’ll spend your night managing schedules, responding to call-offs, adjusting coverage in real time, and overseeing overnight operations to ensure every post is staffed, every detail is accounted for, and expectations are consistently met by morning.

Requirements

1–3 years of scheduling, coordination, or similar experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss
Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and timely)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently overnight
Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
Able to work fully in-office in Hamburg, PA

Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain precise staff schedules
Identify and resolve last-minute coverage gaps quickly
Communicate clearly with team members to confirm shifts and changes
Monitor overnight activity to ensure all posts are properly staffed and operating as expected
Uphold accountability by verifying that officers are performing duties in alignment with company standards and post requirements
Keep accurate records and documentation at all times
Anticipate scheduling issues before they become problems
Support smooth overnight operations with consistency and focus
