Utilize your skills you have worked so hard to perfect and join our great team. We have positions on our Transitional Care Unit. Full and Part time Overnight positions available, includes $3/hour shift differential for overnight shift.

Requirements

RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
A desire to work with the elderly and those in transition.
Maintain confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

Performing nursing tasks to assure resident needs are met.
Monitoring resident needs, condition and care.
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
Ordering and receiving medications from the pharmacy.
Admitting and discharging residents.
Overseeing TMA/NAR staff.
Reporting changes of condition to RN/Supervisor and physician as delegated.
Transcribing and executing physician orders.
Completing documentation as required.
Completing fall reporting.
Reporting any bruises, skin tears and abuse/neglect.
Giving report to nursing staff.
Following and upholding Resident Bill of Rights and facility policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements.
Providing excellent customer service and communication to all residents/families/visitors/MD's/ coworkers, etc.
