About The Position
Cadia Healthcare is seeking an Overnight Nurse Supervisor to join their team. This role is responsible for the overall clinical care of all residents throughout the facility, ensuring coordinated and high-quality care delivery. The position emphasizes compassion and appreciation, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.
Nice To Haves
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
- Review all staffing for the assigned shift and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA.
- Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.
- Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Replace any call-offs that are received during the shift.
- Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.
