About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility established in 2001 in Duluth, MN, featuring 80 apartments designed for single-level living. The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. They are seeking compassionate CNAs, RAs, or PCAs who are eager to create joyful experiences for their senior residents. Keystone Bluffs emphasizes a non-mandated overtime policy, offering overtime pay after 8 hours. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with block scheduling. Wages are determined by experience and licensure, with additional shift differentials for evening and NOC shifts. Requirements
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.
- Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required for applicants under 18, and generally beneficial for the role)
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
- Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately documenting information
- Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
- Following HIPAA guidelines
