About The Position

We are seeking an Overnight Replenishment Associate to join our team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This is a full-time position with immediate hire available. The role involves delivering merchandise to retail locations, restocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment to support customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.

Requirements

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks (climbing, bending, etc.)
• Must pass a federal background check and company screening process

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to retail locations throughout the airport
• Use system reports to restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to support customer satisfaction
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
