About The Position

NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team in Dunwoody, GA for overnight coverage. We are open to PRN, part-time, and full-time RNs who are interested in working overnight shifts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys a collaborative environment and providing quality care within a behavioral health setting.

Requirements

Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, residential, PHP/IOP, or acute care experience preferred
Strong assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to changes in patient condition
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the larger clinical team
Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients throughout the overnight shift
Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient condition
Obtain and document vital signs and other clinical observations
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patients for changes in medical or behavioral status
Respond appropriately to medical and psychiatric concerns or emergencies
Communicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate provider and clinical leadership
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment
Collaborate with BHTs, therapists, providers, and other members of the treatment team
Complete shift-to-shift communication and handoff
Follow all applicable nursing, safety, and organizational policies
