About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult/geriatric care to join our Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility and a strong company culture, with opportunities for one-on-one patient care and building client relationships. The position involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting observations and interventions.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing in the state
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients one-on-one
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
