Overnight Pediatric RN/LPN – Wanaque, NJ (14‑Year‑Old Client)
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is growing and proud to expand our Pediatric Division! We’re seeking compassionate and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes. As a Pediatric RN/LPN with Affirmed, you’ll provide individualized, skilled nursing care while building meaningful relationships with children and families. Our team ensures you have the support, communication, and resources you need to deliver exceptional care. We are actively seeking an overnight nurse for a 14-year-old female pediatric client in Wanaque, NJ. Overnight shifts available immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric experience (home care or acute care preferred)
- Active NJ RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical within the last 12 months
- PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
- Proof of MMR & flu vaccination (or exemption)

- Valid driver’s license preferred
