About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Brewster, NY. This full-time position involves accurately selecting products using a voice-activated order system, operating electric pallet jacks, and ensuring products are labeled, stacked, and palletized according to company and food safety standards. The role requires efficient transportation of completed pallets to the loading dock and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will be expected to follow all safety and warehouse protocols and attend team meetings.

Requirements

• Basic math and English reading/writing skills required
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs), and work on your feet throughout shift
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and stack product up to 72 inches
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal instructions
• Must be a team player, fast-paced, organized, and safety-focused
• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

• Warehouse experience and equipment operation preferred
