About The Position
Cura Health is actively seeking dedicated Overnight (NOC) Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. Requirements
- Current valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during overnight hours.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous overnight or acute care nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care during overnight shifts, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain continuity of care and communicate any significant patient status changes promptly.
- Perform thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and assessments.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the night.
- Respond efficiently to emergencies and provide support in urgent situations.
