The Overnight Main Cook is primarily responsible for the preparation and presentation of overnight menu items to maintain consistency and high quality according to hotel standards. This role requires the ability to work under minimal supervision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills. The cook will also be responsible for food preparation for the following morning shift and adhering to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
