The Overnight Main Cook is primarily responsible for the preparation and presentation of overnight menu items to maintain consistency and high quality according to hotel standards. This role involves cross-training in other kitchen areas, preparing food for the following AM shift, and adhering to daily prep lists and recipes. The cook must also ensure compliance with all Health Department, sanitation, and safety regulations, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. The position requires the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
