About The Position

At Corporate Hospitality Services, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Lodging Coordinator to manage after-hours lodging and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and overnight operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an Overnight Lodging Coordinator
• Customer Service
• Multitasker
• Able to work well under pressure
• Team player with positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in the Hospitality Industry

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately gather information and enter data into the queue system
• Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging emails, assigning tasks appropriately
• Book lodging accommodations accurately and promptly
• Liaise with hotels to update or resolve issues with reservations on behalf of clients
• Communicate with clients regarding updates or issues reported by hotels
• Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to maximize client savings
• Review entries in Salesforce to avoid duplicate bookings
• Inform clients about hotel policies that may incur additional charges (e.g., cancellations, parking fees)
• Escalate unresolved issues or delays to the Overnight Supervisor
• Address and resolve client complaints related to CHH facilities
• Complete nightly check-in call lists and document all interactions thoroughly in Salesforce
