Action seeks a full time Overnight Lobby Attendant to join our team at our luxury community, Madrone, located in San Francisco. This role involves representing Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, monitoring lobby activity, and maintaining access control. The position also includes providing concierge services, completing a Daily Activity Report, answering and directing incoming phone calls, receiving and distributing resident parcels, addressing resident and guest concerns, and demonstrating a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.
