OVERVIEW The Lobby Ambassador creates memorable guest experiences through exemplary service and dedication. From welcoming members and guests into the Club, assisting guests during check-in to checkout, and everything in between, this role caters to our member and guest needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year successful customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
  • Escort guests to their room; explain the heat/air thermostat and TV functions; offer to fill ice bucket, store clothing, and bring out luggage rack; offer to empty and hang garment bags into closet
  • Pick up and deliver guest luggage to guestrooms as requested; assist with luggage storage as requested
  • Ensure that the reception area and Lobby are maintained in a clean, organized manner
  • Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain expert knowledge in all areas of the Club and the city to best assist guest inquires and needs
  • Assist and relieve security officer for breaks and lunches
  • Other duties as assigned.
