About The Position

Hotel Per LA is seeking an Overnight Houseperson for its independent, luxury lifestyle property located in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is part of the Sage Hospitality Group, a company dedicated to delivering artful hospitality at its luxury lifestyle flagship hotel and restaurant. The hotel is situated in a gorgeously restored historic building in DTLA, close to cultural institutions and dining hotspots. It features chic guestrooms, a new restaurant concept (Per L'Ora), a café (Cafe Ora), and a rooftop pool terrace and lounge (Bar Clara). The property aims to be 'the locals' living room,' attracting both guests and local creatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Basic maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
Respond to guest requests and provide assistance as needed.
Assist with stocking and organizing housekeeping supplies.
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
Ensure adherence to hotel standards and safety procedures.
