About The Position
A medical facility in Tyler, TX is seeking an Overnight Housekeeping Supervisor! This position is NOT ENTRY level - related experience is required for consideration. The shift is 10pm-6:30am, Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed. The rate of pay is $17-19 DOE.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hotel or commercial housekeeping required
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
- Strong communication and motivation skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

- Bilingual a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Train new staff
- Conduct performance inspections
- Handle scheduling
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet sanitation, health and company standards
- Assign daily duties
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance
- Assist in daily cleaning operations as needed
