About The Position

We're looking for enthusiastic Team Members to become a part of our Dash In team. The starting wage is $15.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts. This role requires availability for 10 pm-7 am shifts. As a Team Member at Dash In, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, preparing food, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and stock levels.

Requirements

  • A year of kitchen or line cook experience.
  • At least 1 year prior customer service experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to complete a background and drug screen, if provided an offer.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience is a bonus.
  • A high school diploma/GED is preferred, or you can enroll in our company-paid GED completion program.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious food that meets safety and quality standards.
  • Engage with guests at our Made to Order (MTO) service area, suggesting meal upgrades to boost sales.
  • Operate a variety of food service equipment like a pro, while ensuring the kitchen stays squeaky clean.
  • Maintain stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping the place looking fresh.
  • Use proper lifting techniques to handle various items – from soft drink containers to ice.
