About The Position

Poly-America, L.P. is hiring Gate Attendants to monitor access to its facility and support shipments, deliveries, visitors, and communications between departments. The position follows a yearly schedule of four days on and four days off, with 12-hour shifts. Workdays rotate from week to week, and candidates must be available to work every day of the week. Management assigns either a night or day shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Current U.S. driver's license; a CDL is not required.
• Ability to work a night or day shift as assigned by management.
• Aptitude and willingness to learn Poly-America procedures.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee access to the facility.
• Scale shipments and deliveries and release them through a software-based system.
• Register visitors and ensure they are directed to the proper departments.
• Communicate with departments to announce visitors, issues, or emergencies.
• Take on additional responsibilities and opportunities as needed or assigned by management.
