About The Position

Poly-America, L.P. is hiring Front Gate Attendants to support its facility. The role follows a yearly schedule of four days on and four days off, with 12-hour shifts. Workdays rotate from week to week, and candidates must be available to work every day of the week. The shift may be day or night, as assigned by management.

Gate Attendants monitor access to the facility, process shipments and deliveries, register visitors, and communicate with departments about visitors, issues, and emergencies. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Current U.S. driver's license; a CDL is not required.
• Ability to work a day or night shift as assigned by management.
• Aptitude and desire to learn and follow Poly-America procedures.
• Successfully pass a drug screen.
• Availability to work any day of the week, including rotating workdays.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee access to the facility.
• Scale shipments and deliveries and release them through a software-based system.
• Register visitors and ensure they are sent to the proper departments.
• Communicate with departments to announce visitors, issues, or emergencies.
• Take on additional responsibilities as they become necessary or are assigned by management.
