About The Position

The Hollywood Roosevelt is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Manager to lead all overnight operations at the hotel, with guidance from department heads. This role involves managing and monitoring daily hotel operations, supervising and supporting Front Office staff, overseeing hotel availability, room inventory, sales, profitability, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position is full-time and exempt.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting all front office staff including front desk, bell, and concierge teams to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Leading daily shift briefings to communicate hotel events, VIPs, offerings, updated policies, and occupancy trends.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of all hotel outlets, facilities, and local area information.
  • Reporting and following up on guest issues with discretion.
  • Conducting daily property walks to identify and address concerns with relevant departments.
  • Supporting the implementation of new policies to ensure staff adhere to performance and attendance standards.
  • Overseeing all audit procedures to ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all hotel revenues.
  • Assisting with the night audit packet to support overnight front desk operations and ensure timely, complaint completion.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
