About The Position

The Overnight Front Desk Agent assists guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience. Assist the overnight Front Office Manager with administrative duties in order to set up the next shift for success, Ensures tidiness of Resort common spaces Makes necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms, transports guests, and hotel packages and parcels. Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial booking

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • Fluent in English an requirement and a second language is encouraged.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reports
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for guest needs or emergencies
  • Respond to emergencies or unusual situations, following company protocols
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and transactions
  • Provide basic concierge services such as directions, recommendations, or transportation arrangements
