LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is a new Luxury Hotel currently in the pre-opening stages. We are looking for hospitality professionals who are excited to be part of establishing a brand-new hotel in the heart of Seattle.

Requirements

• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to receive instructions and make reports with accuracy
• Must show basic computer proficiency such as with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
• Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred
• Experience in guest room management preferred
• Previous experience with Opera preferred

Responsibilities

• Balancing accounts from day shift
• Completing overnight guest registrations
• Assist with guest requests
• Reconcile all accounts
• Interact with guest according to hotel standards
