About The Position

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist at Parts Town’s 538,450-square-foot fulfillment center in Pendergrass, Georgia, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role supports the launch and growth of the company’s new facility while applying best practices from across its distribution network. Warehouse assignments may vary based on operational needs. The team’s goal is to pick, pack, and ship the right parts quickly and accurately for customers. This is an active, team-oriented role in which safety, accuracy, and productivity are priorities.

Requirements

Previous forklift experience is required.
Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted.
Ability to move around for long periods, walk several miles a day, bend, and reach overhead.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Good communication skills.
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach.
Accuracy, speed, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM Eastern Time, and occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
Operate an order picker to pick, pack, put away, receive, and load parts.
Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in their correct warehouse locations.
Work with the warehouse team to complete daily orders.
Meet daily expectations for the quantity and accuracy of parts processed.
