About The Position

The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - Overnight Facilities Attendant to join
our amazing Engineering Team!

An Overnight Facilities Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our
beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are
passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a
friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely
high level of guest satisfaction.

The Overnight Facilities Attendant is responsible for thorough overnight
cleaning and assisting with preventative maintenance efforts across the hotel
areas, including front-of-house, back-of-house, kitchens, exterior spaces, and
other critical operational areas, ensuring adherence to Marriott International
and Crescent Hotels & Resorts brand and operational standards.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Can communicate well with guests
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces
