A Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff to ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality menu items. Ensures proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are maintained in accordance with company standards and health regulations. Coordinates food purchasing, inventory management, and menu execution while maintaining approved food and labor cost targets. Serves as the lead culinary professional in the kitchen and reports directly to the Executive Chef.
