We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, prioritizing patients with the most severe or life-threatening conditions through a thorough triage process. Requirements

Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (CVT,RVT,LVT) with at least 2 years of experience working as a veterinary technician in an emergency or specialty animal hospital.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
Ability to work independently and with little or no supervision
Ability to multi-task and produce quality work while making effective decisions
Safe patient restraint
Phlebotomy and catheter placement
Radiology safety and technique knowledge
Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring
Fluid management expertise
Medication administration (Sub-q, IV, IM)

Responsibilities

Patient Care: Triage and manage emergency calls and walk-ins, conduct patient assessments, and provide comprehensive nursing care.
Medical Procedures: Perform venipuncture, place catheters, and execute emergency procedures such as airway management and oxygen administration.
Laboratory Work: Process and evaluate lab specimens, run CBCs, coagulation tests, and handle urinalysis.
Client Communication: Engage with pet owners, provide discharge instructions, and support clients with empathetic communication.
