About The Position
Agents are responsible for reporting door alarms, unattended baggage, and fire alarms, and providing security on the concourses inside of the airport overnight.
Requirements
- MUST BE 18+
Responsibilities
- Report to the concourse they're assigned to monitor and patrol the concourse throughout the night to make sure no suspicious activity occurs.
- Provide customer service to all passengers by answering all of their questions and directing them throughout the airport to get to their final destination.
- Agents will have to be able to walk and stand for long periods throughout the shift. (Segways are used)
