This role is for a DSP Sartell Parkview (32) Asleep Overnight position with a 7on/7off schedule, working from Wednesday to Wednesday, 10pm to 8am. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Requirements

Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy.
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist people with their personal hygiene.
Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
