About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves providing direct care to individuals, supporting their personal hygiene, and assisting with developmental goals. The position is for awake overnight shifts and requires compassion, patience, and reliability. Sevita is a leading provider of specialized health care services, focused on helping individuals live full, independent lives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
