About The Position
Direct Care Staff at Sevita provide rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, taking initiative to help them participate in the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and supporting their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This is a stable job at an established, growing company.
Requirements
- Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
