About The Position
Direct Care Staff at Sevita provide rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, taking initiative to help them participate in the community and enjoy activities, and supporting their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
