Overnight Direct Care Staff
About The Position
Direct care staff will provide rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
