You will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities. Requirements

• No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well

• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
