About The Position
Direct Care Staff at Sevita provide rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, supporting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assisting with personal hygiene. You will also support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is for an overnight shift, 7ON-7OFF, Wednesday to Wednesday, from 10 PM to 8 AM, with a pay rate of $18.33 for direct care hours and $11.41 for asleep hours.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
