About The Position

Call Your Mother is the Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes. Husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chef Dani built Call Your Mother around one simple idea: people deserve incredible food made by people who give an F. From our first farmers market stand in 2018, to shops across the DMV, Colorado, Chicago, and Philadelphia, and soon Miami, we've grown by obsessing over the details and blasting the music and laughing along the way. Responsibilities

Assemble and package products safely so they arrive fresh and ready for our shops.
Review daily packing lists and fulfillment invoices to make sure every location gets exactly what it needs.
Sort and organize prepared products at the Commissary for delivery to multiple CYM locations.
Load the delivery vehicle efficiently and safely while ensuring every food and beverage item meets food safety standards.
Keep deliveries moving on schedule so our shops receive the right products at the right time.
Communicate clearly and work closely with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the Logistics or Commissary Managers before they become bigger problems.
Bring a professional, positive attitude to every shift.
Prep fresh food and other items by following CYM’s recipes, SOPs, and high-quality standards, as needed.
Pitch in wherever the Logistics or Commissary Managers and your teammates need you most.
