About The Position

Lightning Logistics LLC is seeking enthusiastic and dependable team players to join our team. As a Dedicated Carrier Partner, we specialize in the timely and safe delivery of automotive and agricultural freight, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction. We are looking for drivers who can meet our high standards. This is a 1099 position with weekly direct deposit payments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Highly energetic, competent, and self-motivated individuals.
• Good sense of direction.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Delivery experience required.
• Must own a working smartphone.
• Capable of lifting up to fifty pounds without assistance.
• Must have straight/box truck experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must pass a background verification.
• Have a Clean MVR.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Consent to Background Check and Drug Test.

Nice To Haves

• Verifiable work history with FedEx, UPS, or other parcel delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive and agricultural freight in a timely and safe manner.
• Understand and use handheld devices to assist with deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service.
