Requirements

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of all areas, including hallways, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental standards
Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
Assist with setting up or breaking down event spaces as needed
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
