About The Position

Orion Homes is seeking a compassionate Overnight Coordinator to oversee 18+ residential group homes for adults with disabilities in the Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, and Scottsdale area. This is a full-time, hourly position with hours from 6pm to 6am. The Overnight Coordinator is the primary leader for staff during overnight and weekend shifts and represents Orion Homes' goals and visions. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have great leadership skills
  • Must be flexible
  • Must have a valid AZ Driver License with good driving record (You will be asked to provide a 39-month MVD report)
  • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a fingerprint clearance card from Arizona Department of Public Safety
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Valid Fingerprint Level 1 Clearance Card (must provide on own)

Nice To Haves

  • A demonstrated history of increasing responsibility in their previous roles
  • Management experience of at least 10 direct reports, with preference given to Group Home environments.
  • Experience participating in Care Management and Treatment Planning
  • Skills in problem identification and resolution.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with a diverse team of co-workers, supervisors, management, and outside collaborators.
  • Prevention & Support or CPI training
  • CPR training
  • First Aid training
  • Article 9 training

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the operations of 18+ group homes for adults with disabilities
  • Ensures direct care staff provide exceptional care to the residents in a home-like environment
  • Monitor all the homes for compliance with Company policies and State regulations
  • Ensure medication procedures are followed and records are accurate
  • Verify residents’ presence
  • Confirm the completion of notes, logs, and ADLS
  • Transport residents to hospital, if needed
  • Work with the Clinical Team to develop and implement Treatment Plans for residents
