About The Position
This role is for an Overnight Concierge at Brightview Senior Living. The position involves welcoming and assisting residents, guests, and associates, performing safety checks, monitoring security systems, and providing clerical support to the Business Office Director.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and act with integrity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Reception, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Guest Services, or Security.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
- Answer any questions that residents and guests may have.
- Perform regular safety checks of the community.
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
- Assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
