About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is dedicated to inspiring people to live their best lives. We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Overnight Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge. This position plays an important role in providing a welcoming presence, ensuring safety, and supporting our residents and guests during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain attentive overnight.
- Professional and reliable with a caring attitude toward residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly presence at the front desk during overnight shifts.
- Monitor building security, including doors, cameras, and visitor activity.
- Assist residents, families, and team members with questions or requests.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Complete light administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support emergency procedures and communicate promptly with leadership when needed.
