About The Position

The Concierge Attendant is responsible for greeting all residents, visitors, and contractors. You will be the first point of contact. In this role you will be handling administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office, email, and office equipment
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Brickell area

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or front desk role is preferred
