About The Position

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following care plans
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Experience working overnight shifts is a plus
• Availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and care for clients
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Help ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
