Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.
- Ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
- Be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
