About The Position

You will provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- An active CNA license in the state of Iowa
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice To Haves
- CMA preferred but not required
- Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required
