HealthRIGHT 360 operates across 13 California counties, offering a wide range of medical and behavioral health services to marginalized populations. These services include primary care, mental health, detox, substance use disorder treatment (residential and outpatient), and transitional services for the criminal justice population. The Women's HOPE residential program specifically serves the underserved female population of San Francisco, with a focus on low-income African American and Latina women and their families. The program is gender-responsive and trauma-informed, addressing substance use, trauma, mental illness, health and wellness, family reunification, parenting education, employability, homelessness, and sober living skills. The team consists of parenting counselors, therapists, and SUD counselors providing wrap-around services. The Overnight Client Safety Navigator role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of the program and its residents, providing a supportive treatment environment, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and performing crisis interventions as needed to ensure a safe and welcoming treatment setting.
