About The Position
NOW HIRING COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS IN THE AUBURN & GRASS VALLEY AREA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIFTS! Our clients have a variety of needs, including companionship, running errands, enjoying activities together, mobility assistance, personal care, medication reminders, and support with daily routines. We are currently seeking compassionate caregivers with experience supporting seniors with dementia or memory loss in the Auburn and in the Grass Valley area with Over Night Availability. If you have patience, a caring heart, and experience helping individuals navigate the challenges of memory loss, we would love to hear from you! Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
- Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
- Dependability and integrity.
- Desire to make a difference!
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting seniors with dementia or memory loss
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
