About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to work overnight shifts with clients throughout the Dallas area. This role involves providing care and supervision throughout the night, with a focus on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported. Caregivers will be matched with clients based on availability, experience, location, and care needs. Assignments may vary, involving hands-on assistance, supervision, companionship, and being available when needed.

Requirements

• Available and comfortable working overnight shifts
• Able to remain attentive throughout a 12-hour shift
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Experienced in senior care or caregiving
• Flexible and willing to work with different clients based on availability
• Pass background check
• Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Providing overnight companionship and supervision
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
• Assisting with toileting and other nighttime needs
• Providing medication reminders as needed
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing reminders and redirection when needed
• Completing light housekeeping and other assigned tasks
• Monitoring clients for safety throughout the shift
• Communicating any changes or concerns to the office team
