HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is looking for DEPENDABLE OVERNIGHT / THIRD-SHIFT CAREGIVERS. Nighttime care requires a calm, observant, and awake professional who ensures seniors remain safe, comforted, and secure through the night. HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking dedicated overnight caregivers for predictable 3rd-shift opportunities. If you prefer working at night and can remain alert, engaged, and dependable throughout your shift, this could be the opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Proven ability to remain fully alert, engaged, and attentive during overnight hours.
• Exceptional reliability and precise adherence to the authorized care plan.
• High level of personal accountability and communication.
• Must be able to remain fully alert, engaged, and attentive during overnight hours.
• Protect the client’s: Dignity, Privacy, Safety, Independence, Choices, Quality of Life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active, awake supervision throughout the shift to assist with nighttime mobility, transfers, and bathroom visits.
• Provide steady reassurance and calm companionship for clients who may experience sleep disruptions.
• Complete designated quiet light housekeeping tasks and prep morning items as defined by the client’s care plan.
• Document overnight observations and communicate early-morning client updates to management.
